e-Declarations: TMEDE continues to pioneer in the provision of e-Services

TMEDE is proud to announce the upgrade of its “e-Declarations” application, allowing easier search, personalisation of content and access to notices of agencies that are not required to publish on Diavgeia and the National Electronic Public Procurement System, such as PPC S.A., HEDNO and PPA S.A. However, for our Credit Beneficiaries-Members to access and use the application, they need to update their data through the Fund’s official website: www.tmede.gr.

In particular, with the extension of the “e-Declarations” application, users can now search more efficiently for the notices that match their activity profile by setting various combinations of criteria, such as date, amount, contracting authority and categories of expenditure (CPV).

In this way, users may monitor and be informed directly through their personalised application, using “favourites” that match their activity profile, about all notices relating to pre-selected categories of expenditure (CPV).

In addition, TMEDE has started – as announced during the first day of the “e-Declarations” operation- an effort to inform its Credit Beneficiaries about the notices of agencies that are not required to publish on Diavgeia and the National Electronic Public Procurement System. In this context, the new version of the application includes the notices issued by PPC S.A., HEDNO and PPA S.A.

It is worth mentioning that these initiatives are part of the Fund’s central strategic choice to provide high value-added services to enhance transparency, reduce bureaucracy, and establish a level playing field.

To access the “e-Declarations” application and other digital services to be introduced soon relating to the issuance, return, and renewal of letters of guarantee, payment of debts by credit beneficiaries, members are required to update their data. The procedure is done electronically, without physical presence at the Fund.

The President of TMEDE., Mr Konstantinos Makedos stated on the occasion:

The Fund continues to lead the way in the provision of e-Services. In its three months of operation, the new digital application “e-Declarations” has been widely appreciated by the members of TMEDE, as thousands of users are informed daily online about all e-Procurements for Public Works Contracts. The second edition of “e- Declarations” is being expanded to cover further the needs of Engineers and Contractors in the country. With easier search options, content personalisation, possibility to search for notices and agencies that are not required to publish on Diavgeia and the National Electronic Public Procurement System. In combination with the “e-Guarantee”, “e-Validate”, applications and the Electronic Service for submitting and processing requests, “e-Protocol”, through the digital platform tmede.gr, the Fund participates dynamically in digital transformation, paving new ways for the Engineering and Design Sectors. Thus, Greek scientists, freelancers, small and medium-sized enterprises have at their disposal a modern, upgraded tool for inclusive and sustainable growth, equitably and transparently.
