Changes in the provision of Insurance Clearance Certificate

Changes in the provision of Insurance Clearance Certificate provide for a circular signed by the Secretary of State for Social Security, Tasos Petropoulos. More specifically:
It provides for a 6-month (instead of monthly) certificate to be issued to natural persons who are self-employed, provided that the corresponding insurance contributions have been paid for the entire period preceding the issue of the attestation.
Especially for the period from 1-1-2017 and up to the settlement of insurance contributions based on 2016 income, the insured person is deemed to be aware if he has paid at least the amount corresponding to the minimum monthly basis of calculating the social security contributions for all months prior to the issue of the attestation.
For self-employed persons who in 2017 are also employed as employees, they will receive a certificate of Insurance Clearance Certificate for their self-employed activity, provided that they are not subject to debts from previous years, without the control of the payment of the minimum, as the case may be, that they already pay the minimum social security contribution from the paid employment.
