Attica Bank – Election of a new member of the Board as a representative of the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund<\/h3><\/h1><\/div>

Attica Bank S.A. informs its investors that the Board of Directors, during its today\u2019s meeting, November 24th<\/sup>\u00a0elected, following the suggestion of the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund, as a new non-executive member of the Board Mr. Avraam Moissis of Ezra, as a representative of the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund in accordance with the provisions of law 3864 \/ 2010 and its rights. This election is valid pursuant the provisions of law 3864\/2010 and the indication of the Fund is maintained and in any case until the end of the term of the present Board of Directors. The election will be announced by the Board of the Directors at the next General Meeting of the Bank, as defined by the Law and its Articles of Association.<\/p>\n

The representation of the Bank is maintained and the allocation of the responsibilities of the members of the Board of Directors as is, i.e. according to the BoD minutes No. 1350 \/ 15-07-2021.<\/p>\n

Following the above, the composition of the Board of the Bank was reconstituted as follows:<\/p>\n

  8. Charikleia Vardakari, (Independent Non-executive member)<\/li>\n
  9. Venetia Koussia, (Independent Non-executive member)<\/li>\n
