Announcement on Publication of the Prospectus<\/h3><\/h1><\/div>

Attica Bank SA (hereinafter the “Bank” or the \u201cIssuer\u201d) informs that the Prospectus (the \u201cProspectus\u201d) will be available from 18.11.2021 to the investors concerning the public offer (the \u201cPublic Offer\u201d) in Greece and the listing for trading ( the \u201cListing\u201d ) in the Main Market of the Regulated Securities Market of the Athens Stock Exchange ( the \u201cAthex\u201d) up to 1,200,000,000 new, common, bearing voting rights of a nominal value of 0.20 euro each (the \u201cNew Shares\u201d), through cash payment with issue price of 0.20 euro each and preemptive rights in favor of the existing shareholders of the Bank (the \u201cIncrease\u201d) with a ratio of 49.5265161872259 new shares for each one existing share of the Bank.<\/p>\n

The Prospectus comprises of separate documents, thus the a) the Summary, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (the “HCMC”) on 18 November 2021, b) a registration document, that was approved by the Board of Directors of the HCMC on 4.10.2021, and supplemented by way of a supplement and approved by the Board of Directors of the HCMC on 18 November 2021 and c) a securities note approved by the Board of Directors of the HCMC on 18 November 2021, that together constitute the Prospectus, pursuant Articles 6 and 10 of Regulation (EU) 2017\/1129, drafted in English and containing a translation of the Summary in Greek, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017 \/ 1129, the delegated Regulations (EU) 2019\/979 and (EU) 2019\/980, articles 57-68 of Law 4706\/2020, as in force the decision no.1\/892 \/ 13.10.2020 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission.<\/p>\n

Further information on the New Shares and the procedure for exercising pre-emptive rights by investors is provided in section 4. “INFORMATION CONCERNING THE SECURITIES TO BE OFFERED AND ADMITTED TO TRADING”, in section 5. “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” and in section 10. “INFORMATION CONCERNING THE SECURITIES TO BE ADMITTED TO TRADING – SECOND ADMISSION\u201d of the Securities Note of the Prospectus.<\/p>\n
