The transfer of shares from e-EFKA is completed\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

On 25.08.2020, in the context of the ongoing transfer of property to TMEDE, following its applicable founding and statutory provisions, the approved financial report of Grant Thornton and the economic study published in the Government Gazette 3399\/5-9-2019 issue B no. 7023\/491\/27-8-2019 M.D. (which supplements and amends the previously valid M.D. and transfers to TMEDE movable and immovable property that had been transferred to EFKA from the former United Fund of Independent Professionals \u2013 Engineers and Public Contractors Pension Fund), the Fund completed the transfer of 63.758.540 ordinary shares of “Attica Bank” from the portfolio of e-EFKA to its own.<\/p>\n

After completing the above transfer of shares, the percentage of the total voting rights of the nominal shares of “Attica Bank” held by TMEDE in the Bank amounts to 46,32 %. Accordingly, the ratio of the voting rights of the Bank’s shares owned by e-EFKA amounts to 32,34%.<\/p>\n
