The transfer of the total number of shares of the Atticabank Properties to TMEDE was completed<\/h3><\/h1><\/div>

On Wednesday, 5\/8\/2020, the transfer of the total (100%) number of shares of the Atticabank Properties to the Engineers and Public Works Contractors Fund (TMEDE) was completed.<\/p>\n

Atticabank Properties, a subsidiary of Attica Bank, is a real estate management company whose portfolio includes Attica Bank’s owned and investment properties.<\/p>\n

The president of TMEDE, Konstantinos Makedos, stated:<\/p>\n

TMEDE aims to develop and enrich this portfolio, not only with the existing properties owned by the Fund but also with properties owned by other organizations or legal entities. In addition, our aim is not only to develop the properties but also manage them in the best possible way.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The portfolio includes 182 properties throughout Greece. It consists of Attica Bank’s properties and investment properties, 43% of which are Commercial properties, 30% Residential, 20% Industrial, and 7% Land and Plots.<\/p>\n

23% of these are located in Attica, 30% in Thessaloniki and Halkidiki, while 48% are located in the rest of Greece.<\/p>\n

In addition, it is noted that the 21 privately owned properties of TMEDE will also be added to the Fund’s management umbrella.<\/p>\n

The agreement of EUR 1,180,528.33 was concluded in the context of the strategic planning of both the Fund and the Bank.<\/p>\n
